TERMS OF USE

Your order represents a binding offer to us to close a sales contract. Only merchants acting within the framework of their business activities are entitled to place orders. Private end consumers and orders for private purposes are excluded. There is unlimited liability for unauthorized use. If you place an order with us, we contact you by e-mail informing you on the receipt of your order placement. This e-mail does not represent an acceptance of your offer but serves for information purposes only. A sales contract is not concluded until the goods are shipped unless we send you an explicit acceptance of your offer in writing. Acceptance for parts manufactured by us shall be subject to correct and punctual deliveries by our own suppliers. Details on parts on stock are not binding and may be out of date due to delays in data synchronization. Parts that are on stock are normally shipped within a period of three days from Grapevine, TX and 14 business days from Germany. We try to comply with your requested delivery date; however, no guarantee is given to that effect . Information on shipping and delivery times are not binding. Binding dates on shipping and delivery times are subject to our explicit confirmation made in writing.

The amount of shipping costs depends on the ordered parts (quantity, weight, etc.) and the chosen type of shipping and can only be calculated when delivery is made. Shipping costs are for your account and may be indicated upon request. Customs duties and all fees, taxes or other official charges arising in the receiving country are to be borne by the buyer. Your data will be stored and used for processing the order, handling future orders, shipment and the general product observation. You have the right to object to the storage and reuse of your data. This order shall be governed by our general terms and conditions which are attached hereto.

This order is governed by Swiss law excluding the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute hereunder shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Canton of Vaud , Switzerland.
