Collection, processing and use of personal data
You do not need to enter any data to visit our online shop. We only store anonymised access data with no personal content like the name of your Internet service provider, the website you used to visit us or the name of the requested file. Cookies may be used to collect data. This data is also only collected and stored in an anonymous or pseudonymised and cannot be traced back to you.
We only collect personal data when you enter it voluntarily on placing your order, opening a customer account or registering for our newsletter. We only use the collected data for contract processing.
We collect personal data to execute contracts of sale (initiation, closure, execution, guarantee and rescinded transaction) for our services, technical administration, own marketing purposes and to maintain existing correspondence between you and us and to open a customer account. This data comprises: Name, contact data, payment data, email, telephone number. Disclosure of your data to several companies may take place, insofar as this is required for the performance of our contractual relationship, and in the following cases in particular:
a) Data is always passed on the shipping company commissioned by us for the purpose of delivery. Only data required to ship the goods is disclosed.
b) If payment services are used (e.g. Paypal, Visa, Mastercard etc.), your data are passed onto the respective payment intermediary. The same applies to banks commissioned with payment.
c) In the case of payment interruption, a claim may be passed onto a collection company. Information may also be transferred to credit agencies.
Beyond this, your personal data are not passed onto third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given us your written consent.
Personal data disclosed to us by you for executing order processes may be stored for up to 10 years for commercial and fiscal reasons.
Privacy
Your personal data is safe in our hands. It is transferred to us via 256 Bit SSL in encrypted form. Our websites are technically protected against damage, destruction and unauthorised access.
