• The product on offer is a face protection, but is generally not recognized as a replacement for a mouth-nose covering, but as additional protection. 
• Face shield is neither a medical product, nor personal protective equipment with relevant standard requirements or has not undergone the legally required verification procedures. 
• Nevertheless, the physical barrier, which is the correct wearing of a community mask (mouth-nose mask) in combination with the face protection, can offer a certain protective function against larger droplets and mouth / nose and eye mucosal contact with contaminated hands.
